My adventure in landlording began three years ago. Since then I've made mistakes while learning a lot. Or, as my Dad used to say: "An education costs money." While some of my mistakes have been costly, I can usually chalk it up to "education" and will refuse to make the same mistake twice. You, however, can read my blog and avoid all my mistakes.
